Terms & ConditionsReturns PolicyWe have detailed below our returns policy and how we calculate the refund. Micratex UK refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. However once your order has been processed we charge a 25% handling charge on cancellation of any order. We require the cancellation to be advised in writing by email or post. Delivery Policy Micratex UK does not deliver outside the UK. Delivery outside the UK must be arranged through the buyer. Delivery within the UK will be charged at the normal postage price. |

Cancellation of Order To cancel an order you can email us or write to us (see our contact Page for details) within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number and name. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. Goods must be returned to Micratex UK. Once they have arrived back at Micratex UK we will issue a refund by cheque, providing the goods are in the same condition in which they were sent. |
